Mrs. Kalyn Crosby is originally from Kentucky but came to Nashville in 2003 to attend Vanderbilt University. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Human and Organizational development with a focus in Health Services. She stayed on at Vanderbilt to complete her Masters in Nursing in 2008, where she graduated summa cum laude in her class.

Kalyn has worked in Dermatology for 8 years prior to joining Nashville Skin. She is an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and the Dermatology Nurses Association. Kalyn is certified in administering Botox and dermal fillers, and treats a wide array of medical dermatology needs. She also does full body skin cancer screenings and can perform biopsies and small skin surgeries.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, being outdoors, and spending time with her husband and three children.
