Joanna Ferrell is a dual board-certified Dermatology and Family Nurse Practitioner in Clarksville, Tennessee native with extensive experience in Dermatology, Internal Medicine, Emergency care, and Palliative medicine. She earned her nursing degrees from Hopkinsville Community College (AAS), Austin Peay State University (BSN-RN), and the University of South Alabama (MSN-FNP). Joanna specializes in skin cancer screenings, diagnosing and treating common skin conditions, and performing dermatologic procedures, including biopsies, cryosurgery, and minor excisions. She has been with Nashville Skin from 2011 to 2017 as an RN and since 2023 as an NP, where she provides comprehensive dermatologic care to patients of all ages. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, spending time with family, and being with her husband and their dog.
